What are These Things?

We make cool looking mini markers for disc golf. Each one is 3" to 4" in diameter about half an inch deep, and completely flat on both sides. They are unique, handmade, and comply with PDGA regulations for disc golf minis.

Who's Making These Things?

Thanks for checking out our custom wood disc golf minis! Each mini is handmade by Paul Malcolm and Ellen Duke in Charlotte, NC. One day I asked if I could use their workshop (and expertise) to make myself a unique disc golf mini in the style of river table. The end product came out so great, that we made a dozen more and handed them out as gifts to my disc golf buddies. Since that day, they have been making incredibly cool minis and I’ve been helping spread the word.

How do you make these things?

We make our minis using a variety of woods mixed with colored resin. We typically use walnut or maple, but anything with a cool grain or character is up for grabs. We offer three basic molds in a handful of colors so people can order what they like the most, but each mini is completely unique and hand-crafted. This includes shaping the wood, pouring the resin mold, sanding (so much sanding) and finishing.
